Our Preferences For Client Communication

At Gerard Law Firm, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure efficient and effective communication, we’ve posted the following preferences:

Communication Preferences

Email Preferred: Please use email as your primary method of communication. This allows us to keep detailed records and respond more thoroughly to your inquiries.

  • Texting Secondary: Texting is acceptable for quick questions or updates. We prefer that you text your questions and developments within one day of the week unless the matter is time-sensitive or an emergency.

  • Calling When Needed: We discourage phone calls except in cases of emergencies or time-sensitive matters, in that case, calling is preferred.

Meeting Preferences

  • Office Meetings Preferred: We prefer to meet with clients at our office to ensure a quiet, professional environment for discussing your case.

  • Flexible Commuting: If meeting at our office is not feasible, we are happy to commute within a 30-minute radius to accommodate your needs.

Ideal Client Traits

  • Thoughtful Case Preparation: Clients who have thought about their case and can help us weave their story into a cohesive narrative for the court and the opposing party are highly valued.

  • Honesty and Transparency: We appreciate clients who are honest and upfront about their case details, even if those details are unfavorable.

  • Detailed Support: Providing good supporting details is crucial for building a strong case.

  • Sense of Humor: A good sense of humor is a plus, as it helps to build a positive working relationship.
